Improving your Salon Software and the Client Experience with: The Salon-Branded Mobile App

Nowadays, according to Statista, 52% of the population use their mobile devices to browse the internet and this is expected to rise to 60% by 2017. (Statista, 2016) Judging by these stats, businesses should be prepared for the increase in mobile browsing, as customers may opt for companies with online assistance, as their services are more accessible rather than having to telephone somewhere and risk perhaps waiting in a queue or not getting through on an engaged line.

Many salons now already offer an online booking service through their website, however if the target market is predominantly using their mobile to search the net, now is the time to switch up and prepare your online-booking feature to go mobile.
