Merry Christmas from the Salon Tracker Team x

So, Christmas 2020, and what a year this has been. Definitely not the year or Christmas we were expecting or had hoped for, but here we are! Despite the difficult months we have faced and what looks like a few challenging weeks ahead, as a company throughout this year we have tried to do all we can to support you our lovely loyal clients, and we want to thank you for your patience and understanding over this time. We appreciate how tough times have been for you over the past 9 months, and we want you to know we will do everything we can to help to support you as we continue in to the New Year and throughout 2021. We want to again thank you for using Salon Tracker over 2020, it has been a pleasure to work with you during this time, we are all in this together!

If you didn’t catch our post last week, we just want to again reiterate that all payments for our clients located in Tier 4 in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, will remain frozen for the duration that you have to close. We will also closely monitor the news over the coming days, and should changes affect any of our clients in other areas of England, we will act accordingly and pause your payments too.

If you are still open over Christmas, we will be open today until 5 and then we will re-open on Monday 4th January at 9am.

Please note: we are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Bank Holiday Monday (28th December) and New Year’s Day.

If you require urgent support for licensing or timer controls over 29th, 30th and 31st December, please contact us on 0113 350 8230 and leave a voicemail and we will get back to you with best endeavours.

We hope you all have the best Christmas that you can, even if it looks a little different for us all this year, but we go in to 2021 with the best hopes that we can, hoping to be in a much more positive situation this time next year.

Important Message for our Clients

Important Message for all of our Clients:

Following the announcement from the Prime Minister on Saturday that many regions in England were to be placed in Tier 4 restrictions from Sunday 20th December, in order to do our best to support you during this time, we are freezing all of your software payments for the duration you have to be closed.

We are also freezing payments for all of our clients in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, who have similar Tier 4 lockdown restrictions nationally; starting Sunday 20th December for Wales and beginning from Boxing Day for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

These payment freezes will remain in place until further notice from the government.

Please note: For any salons that are currently still open, if restrictions from the government alter in your local area instructing your salon to close, we will pause your subscription payments until further notice.

Clients who are currently facing closure; please bare with us during this time as there are a large volume of clients to process. You will however all be credited any pre-paid days you had remaining from your recent payments once you are able to reopen.

During this time, you are still able to access your software, should you need this for reporting or marketing purposes.
