For those of you that have been able to, we hope you've been busy reorganising your appointments this week ready for reopening in April. And hopefully good news is not too far away for everyone else fingers crossed.

But we just wanted to jump on here to let you all know, we are exhibiting at PB World this weekend! Information for Salons Reopening in England

It's good news!

Following yesterday evening's announcement from the Prime Minister; that salons in England are to reopen from Monday 12th April, we can now begin to help you plan for your reopening date.

We will continue to freeze all of your software payments for the remainder of the time you have to be closed leading up to that date, crediting you with any remaining prepaid days from before the lockdown, before we process any payments.

We would now like to remind all customers to retrieve their activation code over the next 7 weeks, as we will likely be extremely busy the week leading up to the reopen date, and therefore to avoid queues please contact us for your license activation early.

We will continue to monitor information for our salons in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and will update you accordingly, the same payment freezes and crediting of pre-paid days will apply, until we receive a confirmed reopen date for your regional areas.

During this time, you are still able to access your software, should you need this for reporting or marketing purposes.
