Important Message for all of our clients in the UK and Ireland:
First of all, Happy New Year! We hope you all had a lovely Christmas and festive period, even if it looked a little different for us all this year.
We know this isn't the start to the New Year that we'd hoped for; but we have been here before and know we can get through this. Our team will do our absolute best to help you as much as we can during this time.
Following yesterday evening's announcement from the Prime Minister; that England is to be placed in to National Lockdown with immediate effect, in order to do our best to support you during this time, we are freezing all of your software payments for the duration you have to be closed.
We also continue to freeze payments for our clients in Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Republic of Ireland for the duration that you have to remain closed and we will keep monitoring your regional government advice.
These payment freezes will remain in place until further notice from the government.
Please bare with us during this time as there are a large volume of clients to process. You will however all be credited any pre-paid days you had remaining from your recent payments once you are able to reopen.
During this time, you are still able to access your software, should you need this for reporting or marketing purposes.
We will also be pausing all SMS appointment reminders from today; so these will stop for the foreseeable for any upcoming bookings that you already had booked in. Please again bare with us with this, as there are a lot of clients to process.
